Welcome to CozonRQ ("we", "us", or "our"), including the CozonRQ mobile app and website at cozonrq.xyz (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app, email, or website notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If under 18, you need parental/guardian consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Interfere with the Service or other users

By making a payment, you authorize the charge to your selected method. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may include applicable taxes/fees.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We do not issue refunds except as required by law or our refund policy.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

If you are dissatisfied with a paid feature, contact support@cozonrq.xyz within 7 days for potential refund consideration (case-by-case, excluding digital content consumed).

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime via app settings or by contacting support.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including code, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by CozonRQ or its licensors and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes as intended.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CozonRQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CozonRQ harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes shall first attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to mediation in Lagos or to the courts of Lagos State.
